Working with the building envelope teams of two engineering firms, DWA provides design support and drafting services for re-roofing and masonry repair contracts for the Toronto Transit Commission. This building envelope consulting work requires careful and close co­ordination with the TTC’s standards and personnel, and the preparation of extremely detailed design drawings for the provision of new roofs on a wide range of different facilities, including active subway and bus stations, control offices, and train yard facilities. In addition, DWA is providing contract administration services and field review on these projects. 

Projects have included (in various stages of completion): Rosedale Station, Roncesvalles Traffic Office, Wilson Yard Hostler and Walkway, Pape Station, Kipling Station, and the Dufferin Loop.
